Jake just ended his swim lessons. He started off looking a little something like this...
He didn't want his hair/face wet, or his teacher to be too far from his grasp. But, as the lessons continued he gained more confidence and did really well! He especially liked to back float!
I wish M was in swim lessons...she needs to learn! I'm hoping she'll start figuring it out while we are in AZ since we plan to spend a LOT of time in the pool! :)
"Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he has been robbed. The fact is that most putts don’t drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to be just like people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, and most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." — Gordon B. Hinckley

Cute video! Who was their teacher?
How fun! I didn't get a chance to put my kids in swim lessons this year because of the new baby. That is OK! Maybe next year! Jake is so cute!
